Ageless Yoga
is a great place to begin or build upon your yoga journey regardless of age or condition.
Beginners and seasoned yogis alike are welcome.
These thoughtfully sequenced classes blend alignment with a slower-paced vinyasa flow. Breath, intention, props, and posture breakdown are available to support this well-rounded and deeply satisfying practice.
Breathing and meditation techniques are weaved in the classes.

Just as the physical practice of Yoga strengthens our body and makes us more flexible the practice of meditation has similar benefits for our mind.
Join us for 15-20 minutes of slow gentle Yoga sequences, followed by different techniques of meditation and mindfulness designed to help reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and connect to inner peace.
This class is open to all physical abilities and seasoned meditators as well as those new to Yoga and meditation.
Modifications (chair and props) are offered to those who desire a less strenuous āsana practice.
